Archelon, the Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece is excited to announce that some of our Loggerhead Sea Turtle (Caretta caretta) nests have hatched! This means that we will be holding public excavations of the hatched nests. When we excavate the nests, we dig up all the eggs to count how many have hatched and it is a brilliant opportunity to see up close the work that we do and to possibly see some baby hatchlings as well!

Sunday 21st September - D30 - 17.30 - Rithymna Beach Hotel, Adelianos Kampos
